The CES Ultra is an FDA registered cranial electrotherapy stimulator. How it Works
CES Ultra delivers 100 Hz. micro-current pulses to the body by means of small earclip electrodes that attach onto the earlobes. There are also re-usable sticky pads that may be used. These micro-current pulses and frequency harmonics stimulate a range of brain chemicals - neurotransmitters - which are involved in the modulation of mood states, stress, anxiety, depression, drug and alcholol addiction, ADHD and other stress related conditions. Significant neurotransmitters that play a role in CES therapy include serotonin, dopamine, endorphins and many others. The CES Ultra begins working right away, but most people become aware of the changes in mood and stress levels within three days to thirty days. Following the initial series of sessions, CES Ultra may be used as needed throughout the month in order to maintain the achieved levels of improvements. Some users may only need a few extra sessions a month, while others may desire more. As with any therapy, there is a range of improvement with CES from minor to very substantial.
